An existing villa on a luxurious location in Pearl Qatar Island had to be face lifted to be in harmony within the surrounding context. The neo-classical architecture is the dominant character of the Pearl Qatar Villas. Following this character and the similar vision of the client the design approach was clear. The developed design of the interior spaces started from the reorganization of the program with maximum use of space and exposure to views. With a fully detailed design to the exterior architecture and the interior spaces, the villa evolved to have a strong identity.
