Located in Obhor Sea Bay in Jeddah City, KSA, the site has an outstanding view towards the Red Sea. The client required one attached Villa for the two brothers and one separate villa for the father. Each of these 3 villas had its own program and special requirements that had to be reached within the local codes and regulations of the country. The main concern of the project was to be able to provide privacy for all three villas while having shared open spaces in between.
